Product prices
The prices of the products and the discounts of the members are valid for electronic orders and may be differentiated from their respective prices in our store.
Shipping products
The shipping and delivery of the products is done within 4-5 working days.
Deliveries are made daily from 09:00 until 17:00.
Any delay of your order may be due to the transport companies due to inaccessible areas, weather conditions, transport error, holidays, peak periods, due to delay of the supplier to send us the product and generally in cases of force majeure that affect the smooth transport and delivery.
Heavy or bulky products are received by the customer from the transport company, after consultation.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost depends on the product and the shipping area and you can be informed about the cost from the respective page of each product.
The cost of the cash on delivery service is 3.10 euros in addition to any shipping costs
COD service is not available for very heavy or bulky products sent with a transport company outside Attica, for which the other payment methods apply: deposit in a bank account, credit card. In case some orders are found to be heavy or bulky and have not been registered by our system, there will be information on how to send.
Product returns
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is good to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products and their intact packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (eg broken goods, wrong item, etc.). λ.π.).
In case of return, the products to be returned must be in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed, or their packaging has been violated. Products must be accompanied by the corresponding retail receipt, or sales invoice, within 20 days of purchase. The products to be purchased must be of equal or greater value.
Products that have already been used can not be changed or returned under any circumstances.
The cost of returning a non-defective product and sending a new one amounts to € 6 and € 8 in case cash on delivery is required.
In case of refund, the payment must have been confirmed by our accounting department and the parcel must have been returned. The above process requires about 10 working days and the customer is charged with the return cost.
In case of inability or refusal to receive the shipment and return of the order, then the cost of shipping is borne by the customer.
Defective products
For the return of defective products you should contact via email at info@bournous-tools.gr, or by phone at 2223 0 29830 to get relevant approval and instructions on how to send the defective product so that you do not incur additional costs.
Replacement or repair of the product can be done if the error is examined and confirmed by the manufacturer and does not result from misuse of the consumer or violation of the instructions for use, by presenting the product packaging.
Defective product return shipping costs our company. In case a product is returned as defective and its perfection is found, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

WITHDRAWAL
In case of withdrawal you can return a product that you have purchased from the online store, within 14 calendar days from the date of invoicing, to be considered in time to exercise the right of withdrawal, with your own refund shipping costs.
